Body Moisturizing
Whipped Shea Butter
Unrefined shea butter whisked together with coconut oil, liquid shea oil and Vitamin E, and fragrances (no fragrances in the Unscented Shea Butter) until fluffy and creamy.
Spreads easily on the skin and a little goes a long way.
-
It's a wonderful body butter or hand cream.
-
Men use it as an aftershave moisturizer.
Advice: Shea butter melts at temperatures above about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Please store it at room temperature out of direct sun and away from heat sources.

Body Moisturizing
Body Butter Bars
Body Butter is a concentrated blend of shea butter and other oils that nourish and soften the skin, with beeswax to make it a solid product that melts on contact with the skin. Whereas my whipped shea butter is heat sensitive and shouldn't be left in direct sun or in a hot environment (like your car in the summer!), a tin of body butter can be carried in your purse, back pack or gym bag for use on dry skin whenever you need it.
I make it in several popular scents: Lavender, Khaleesi (amber, frankincense and myrrh, floral blend), Jasmine Vanilla, Egyptian Musk, or Unscented

Hands
Cuticle & Hand Balm
Mango butter and lanolin star in this intensive salve for cracked, dry cuticles and hands with the addition of lecithin, sweet almond oil, avocado oil and vitamin e. It is thickened with beeswax and scented with tea tree and lavender essential oils.
A pea-sized amount rubbed into you cuticles just before bedtime every evening will have a wonderful effect on your nails. It can be applied throughout the day as needed, as a hand cream. The lanolin protects hands that are frequently immersed in water.
Calendula Salve
I originally made this for a customer whose dog had a cracked, sore nose. I used olive oil infused with organic calendula flowers and plantain leaf (the herb, not the fruit!) as the base and added emu oil, shea butter, castor oil, lanolin, beeswax, sea buckthorn and carrot seed oil.
Soon customers were buying it for themselves and using it for minor skin irritations, chapped lips, and hands. It is similar to the cuticle balm but less sticky and scent-free. I leave it to you to decide which you like better!
Deodorants
Deodorant cream
A non-greasy cream deodorant with activated charcoal for all-day odor protection. There are several essential oil combinations to choose from, as well as an unscented version. I keep the baking soda to a bare minimum to avoid the skin irritation that is sometimes a problem with DIY recipes, while the zinc oxide is a skin protectant. Customers come back again and again for this product - it really works!
Ingredients: Coconut oil, mango butter, arrowroot powder, zinc oxide, bicarbonate of soda, beeswax, powdered silk and activated charcoal.
Deodorant powder
Unscented and Mentholated.
Zinc oxide is an FDA approved skin protectant, that soothes minor skin irritations and fights odor. Allantoin is another skin-soothing ingredient that combats skin irritation.
The mentholated powder has menthol crystals dissolved in peppermint essential oil mixed with tapioca starch to disperse evenly into the powder. The peppermint and menthol create a cooling effect on the skin.
Ingredients: Maranta Arudinacea Root (Arrowroot) Powder, Zinc Oxide, Kaolin, Sodium Bicarbonate, Allantoin.

Body Powders
Herbal Body Powder
I made this for a customer who was concerned about avoiding chafing on a long bike trip they had planned. It's a cross between my other powders: it has protective zinc oxide but no baking soda, the moisture-absorbing qualities of powdered silk, and the addition of demulcent slippery elm powder and some carefully chosen essential oils.
Silk Body Powder
This is a talc-free version of dusting or body powder, that can be applied with a powder puff or shaker bottle. It absorbs unwanted moisture, provides relief from chafing, and adds a delicate perfume to the skin. Powdered silk is very absorbent and adds a luxurious feel to the powder.

Body Scrub
"There's body scrubs - and then there's this."
"The most amazing thing ever."
Mystic Water Soap sugar scrub cubes are made with moisturizing shea, mango and cocoa butters, shea oil and unrefined organic cane sugar and are packed six to a box. To use, take as much as you want, wet it and rub it on the areas you want to exfoliate as you shower or bathe. As the scrub mixes with water, it quickly becomes a lotion-like cream with sugar grains that cleans and moisturizes.
Each scrub is 6 ounces, cut into 6 cubes ready and easy to use. Only take what you will use for one use.
Comes in a variety of scents.

Bath Salts
Relaxing bath salts with sea salt, Epsom magnesium salts, mineral-rich cosmetic clay, flower petals, and colored salt crystals to add scent to your bath water - a perfect way to unwind after a stressful day.
