Arnica Oil
Arnica Montana is a perennial plant that grows in the mountains of Europe and is cultivated in the US.Topical preparations of arnica flowers have been used since ancient times for relieving the discomfort of sprains, muscular and joint pain and bruising. Arnica should never be used on broken skin and should not be taken internally, except in a very dilute homeopathic form. It should not be used by pregnant women in any form.
I make a massage oil with infused arnica oil, emu oil, and essential oils of helichrysum, wintergreen, marjoram, chamomile, lavender, ginger, and juniper. I do not make any medical claims for it.
